What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For basic logo customization (decals), the MOQ is 10 units. For full frame color customization, we require a minimum of 50 units. For the best wholesale price, we recommend a 20ft container (approx 60 units).
Do you support drop-shipping?
Yes. We can ship directly from our factory or overseas warehouses. Please contact our sales team for current inventory.
Can I order a sample?
Absolutely. Samples can be shipped via air freight. The sample fee is fully refundable on bulk orders over 50 units.
Technical Specs
Is the 1000W motor legal for street use?
In the US, 750W is common (Class 2/3). In the EU, it's 250W. We can factory-limit the DS-2603 to comply with UL 2849 Standards or local laws.
What is the difference between Torque and Cadence Sensors?

Can I upgrade the battery?
Yes. We can upgrade to a 48V 20Ah or 25Ah configuration for OEM orders.
